This hotel was really clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I arrived at 2pm and was able to enter the room right away. There is a supermarket right next door which was very convenient! The room had a fridge and coffee maker. This is definitely the move if you need to stay near the airport.

The room was nice and clean (even though I'm not a fan of the carpeting, which can never be really cleaned). The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, both sweet and salty and it also has a station for fresh omelets, a machine for pancakes and fresh orange juice. The restaurant of the hotel is nice and good, a bit expensive maybe, but very elegant and with a big terrace. The location is good if you have a car to move around or want to stay near the airport; and there is a free parking. There is a useful supermarket just in front of the hotel

Nice restaurant. Helpfull staff. Large parking. Rooms well equiped. From 3 rooms I stayed in, 2 were very nice and clean.

The room was ready before check-in hour, very convenient for our stay. Reception is very welcoming and friendly, all staff was kind and polite. Very useful the airport shuttle service, for a good fee (better than a taxi), 20 euros per booking. Very comfortable beds and large room are also very positive remarks.

Good position near the airport (just 12 min by car). Clean and comfortable room (even though the mattress was too soft). Seems very quite.

The room was huge, everything new, big bed, comfy pillows, big TV, coffee machine, very nice walk in shower with waterfall, nice hot water. Air conditioning and heating. Our room had a balcony which faced east, was very sunny in the morning. Big supermarket just outside the hotel. Big parking lot. We'd love to come back again!

I stayed here in 2017 and enjoyed it then. The hotel staff are very friendly and super-efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant serves a comprehensive a la carte menu which caters for everyone. The Maitre D' (Andreas) cannot do enough for the well-being of his guests. The hotel offers a "Park & Fly" service which is excellent if you are flying out of Charleroi.

Spacious room, with all amenities needed. The double bed was made up of two single beds with different firmness, which was much appreciated as you can choose the side you feel most comfortable on. Breakfast buffet was very rich in quantity and variety, restaurant on site is also pretty good.
